The Noosa Christian College Primary Choir offers students from Year 2 to Year 6 the opportunity to enjoy singing and music, while working together to produce a selection of songs for school and community events.

  • Membership is free and is for the duration of the academic year.
  • Rehearsal times are on each Monday from 11:20 – 12:00pm in Mrs Gray’s 2B classroom. Choir members are expected to attend rehearsals.  Extra time will be provided for them to eat lunch.
  • The choir leads out singing the National Anthem on assembly each Friday morning.
  • The choir performs at special school functions e.g. Open Nights and Awards Night.
  • We also perform at off-campus venues e.g. churches, aged care homes once each term.
  • Permission forms will be sent out for each special performance.
  • A choir party will be held at the school during school hours at the end of Term 4 in recognition of all the hard work put in by choir members during the year.
  • It is the expectation that choir members will commit to the choir for the entire school year, but students have until the end of Term 1 to finalise their decision.

If you are happy for your child to be part of the choir and are willing to support our activities, kindly complete the Registration Form.

Looking forward to a great musical year!
